Give Me Liberty or Give Me Death is the famous speech by Patrick Henry at the Second Virginia Convention on March 23, 1775. The Speech was made available in print until 1816, though the speech did not appear in the current form until the print, Sketches of the Life and Character of Patrick Henry, by biographer William Wirt in 1817.
